The location was fantastic with a pleasant view of the nearby mosque. Our room was spacious and accommodated our family comfortably, with extra beds provided at no extra charge. Water and toiletries were available.

Significant cleanliness issues throughout the hotel. Found black mold in the shower area, most outlets didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room. Air conditioning controls were nonfunctional, with dirty bedsheets and used pillows. Ultimately, a sense of neglect and poor management was evident based on the lack of maintenance and unsatisfactory service during the stay.

My stay was wonderful, thanks to the spacious Deluxe Double Room and the attentive staff who were very accommodating. I appreciated the excellent location near Masjid Nabawi, allowing easy access to the mosque for prayers.

The location's proximity to key areas made exploring easy for my family. I enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Family Suite that provided ample room for everyone. However, cleanliness was a significant concern. the common areas and our room didn’t meet basic hygiene standards. The maintenance of electrical items also raised safety alarms, especially with children around. Unprofessional behavior from the reception staff added to the disappointment, as did the evident lack of management oversight in maintaining the property and services. It’s frustrating because the hotel has potential, but urgent improvements are necessary to enhance guest experience.

Staying at roya al andalus was a great experience. The location was amazing, just a short walk to masjid nabawi. The beautiful quadruple room comfortably fit my family and exceeded our expectations this summer.

during my stay, I really loved being just a short walk from Masjid al Nabawi, making it so easy to join prayers. I enjoyed walking to the nearby Hejaz Railway Museum, which was less than a 10-minute stroll away, providing an excellent diversion afterward.
